Message "Imade my own brackets for a motorcycle that were near the same size of these caliper brackets and they cost me an hour of labor and 70 dollars in material. "

I don't have a mill and I can't do it myself.

I had a shop manufacture them for me in batches of ~50 units. That means I paid retail for setup time, tooling and production. Then I had them mailed to me from Texas (where SPL is) to me in Virginia. I then had to add the hardware that I needed for the kit. The hardware alone costs $15 -$20 per kit.

I used CNC machined billet T2024-T3 aircraft aluminum and all new grade 10.9 mounting hardware.

240s weigh a lot less then a 300zx. Brackets designed for a 240 will bolt onto a 300zx but they are not designed to carry nearly as much stress.

My brackets where 2 times as meaty as anything on the market today.

This is what typical 8.8 hardware did for a guy installing another kit:

Your whole argument is really moot, if you want to bring a product to market and you think you can do it for less and be equal in quality and materials then knock yourself out. I've done it, I've invested personal funds, time & effort. I then installed, tested & sold the kit. You on the other hand have not actually done anything besides pick a fight over some bullshit, no name no accounting for materials or quality kit you have never used or installed.
